Two newbie questions! :|

First of all, I want to mention how great I think WindowBlinds is! I just tried out v3.1A for the first time and although I used to think skinning computer environments was a waste of time (even as a former musical artist myself), this is great stuff. Windows 2000 Professional never looked better! I am considering installation on my Win98SE partition as well. My favorites so far are, in no particular order:

- Sage (though the taskbar text looks too crammed)
- cX-Line
- OSXP
- Aquarium (but I must change those orange buttons)
- MacPC
- Translucent

I have two questions that have been nagging me for a while, though.

1) Why is my Start Menu unaffected by WindowBlinds? All of my other menus are configured according to WB rules....

2) In the WindowBlinds Help Menu, there is a very pretty skin that is not among the default installed choices, nor have I found it at WinCustomize. Can anybody please tell me which one it is?

Thanks in advance!

The start menu isn't affected because it isn't actually a menu - it's a toolbar - the same goes for the favourites "menu" in IE/Explorer. Though admittedly, it would be nice if it *were* skinned as a menu . . .

Not sure what skin you're referring to, sorry. :-\

Thanks for the reply!

I am referring to this procedure:

1. Find WB icon in SysTray; right-click.
2. Select Help.
3. Find the first link that leads to www.windowblinds.net/docs; click.
4. Scroll down and observe. Appreciate.

If after this nobody can find or identify the skin, then I shall have to find that skinning program and make it myself!

That skin is not available at this time. It was made exclusively for Stardock, who've not yet decided to release it. Maybe in a future version of WB?
