Dinner last night was a casserole that had Bow-tie pasta, tomatoes, ground beef and lots of cheese in it.

Tonight is Steak with Asparagus and red potatoes (I think...or is that Tomorrow...) Damn brain doesn't function before coffee has been applied...

Well, this is disappointing. Yesterday was Chinese New Year, and the only one with Chinese food was Elf, and it sounds like he was stuck with it. It was also Fat Tuesday ... I at least went with Cajun food!

Tonight, I'm lucky if I get dinner at all....
