I installed trial version of Window Blinds. Played with it a little. Now my taskbar is gone! Windows Vista. All that shows is the taskbar "Start" button. ?
You might have set the transparency really high, check the level in the Transparency area of Windowblinds. If not that try checking everything you did that may have affected the task bar.
