If you mean the icon packager icons, you either need the icon packager program, or rename the .ip file to .zip and extract the icons yourself and apply them manually - or with other similar programs like Iconphile.

Why don't you try IconPackager ? Is the best

But Iconpackager is the best on Win95/98. It's a bit questionable on Me or XP last time I tried it.
