There's a whole catalogue of things he has gotten up to, but here's a classic.

A while back he purchased a new electronic organ, one of those big things. When it arrived, it was too big to fit through the porch door. So...he sawed the door frame off, then fastened it back together with bits of chipboard Not suprisingly, not only does our front look like some old ramshackle shed, it is rotting and falling to bits. Next: He bought a mobility scooter so he can go to the shops and stuff. It runs on rechargeable batteries. How do they recharge? MY MAINS SUPPLY!!! The electric bill has gone from £25 per month to £36 a month... > > >

/me thinks putting him in with sis would be cruel - she wouldn't last 5 minutes...

Try this one.... she looks kind of like me (people who only see me and don't know me sometimes mistake us), doesn't dress very ... um.... appropriately. The other day she was going to walk down the hall and do her laundry in a dirty, torn, SKIMPY AND SHEER man's T. I told her she was exposed... and we got into yet another fight!

...I would worry for your Dad... she has quite a forceful and oblivious personality.

...same here. My problem is that I am a fanatic cleaner, and squeemish X 100.... sheesh. She has all sorts of beliefs and habits that I would never mention... I hope I have discouraged at least the worst of them.

First job today: put the sweeper on. The house will only be clean for the next week but its worth it.

The kitchen is beyond hope. Last time he went away I cleared one of the worktops, you know, so I had actually space to prepare food (useful in a kitchen). When he got back it was "Sigh, where's this gone...can't find anything...I don't know where I am...oh dear...sigh..."

Sheesh... she started finding 'rags' in the street and sewed them up into shirts and shorts and expected me to wear them (they were horrible!)! She actually told people she was employed as my seamstress! That was when I was trying to get her onto some kind of assistance... but she kept insisting that she was 'employed'.
