Phew, fame is wearing me out. It's kinda nice to be in the top ten authors again. But, I seem to have spent the last couple of days doing nothing but mail my Darkling wallpaper to people. Sigh! It's a small price to pay - better tired and famous than forgotten eh?

Werewolf, Santa brought Lilo and Stitch to our house, too! It was the first movie that my daughter saw in the movie theater. I love that movie! It cracks me up. I like the cartooning of it, too.

GM, hope you had a nice Christmas even though you got an AOL CD. My daughter made a Christmas ornament out of one at preschool. She glued glitter and stuff to it. The CD silver makes a good background. Maybe you can make your into something like that, too.

FL, congrats on the top 10 position!!!! If you think about the hundreds of serious skinners that we have, it's quite the accomplishment to get in the top ten!!

One thing about doing your own skins is it makes you realize how much work some people put in. I don't have any more spare time to spend on skinning than I do already and I only occasionally scrape into the top ten. A small few are never out of there, that's a lot of work!

Thank you, KG! It was OK. The food was good. I was thinking I could play frisbee with it maybe. If it wasn't already the outdated one I would put it with the stuff I am going to include with my old computer when (and if) I get the nerve up to sell it. The MSN 8 one too.

christmas was nice for me, but a bit manic. sister was working christmas day, so all the presents were done christmas eve

so, i ended up with TWO christmas lunches!!! one on christmas eve, and one on christmas day.

it would have gone more nicely if i hadent spent 7 hours on christmas eve trying to fix a corrupt database, while the rest of the office sat around and played quake3

however, that evening, i got a book called "The Unadulterated Cat", by Terry Pratchett!

it seems to be a manual on how to be me, only more so!!!

and i got some after eight mints to!!!

and another Pratchett book!

and the expansion pack for Civ3!!!

so, between taking over the world, and reading lots of lovely new books, i have been a bit busy.

combine that with 4 visits to the vet (sisters cat isnt well) and i havent been on line much *sigh*

i have been missed!
