Simple Problem! - Simple Solution?

I am running XP Pro and WB3.10a (registered). The only problem I seem to have is that my XP style start menu (not Classic) is not taking the skin (and I am using skins designed for the XP OS) and it defaults to the Classic appearence, while still retaining the XP style. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure exactly what you're getting at here, but I'm guessing it's one of the following 2:

1) Possibly the skin(s) you're trying to use simply don't have the XP taskbar skinned, try some skins from the WinXP Skins section of this site.

2) You're trying to run XP with the win2k style start menu, I don't know what impact this would have, but the startmenu skinning in XP is applied to the full start menu style, not the old one afaik.

i have heard that you can set a different skin for the XP start bar to the main windows skin in XP.

is it possible you have done this, but selected a title bar skin that doesnt actually contain an XP title bar section?
