probably not....

I made the wall.... from the little Cairns picture of Ausvets.... I had permission to use it... tis included in my wall file.... it is quite a different artwork now of my own creation from Ausvet's original...so, while I mentioned it at the time.... really don't think it's relevant....

I'm happy for it to be used.... think Ausvet would love it.... and Jafo hasn't piped up that it's a problem.... so... it seems it isn't...

I also used it to make an XP Logon..... this was the original pic.... although, sadly, he removed all his work from the gallery including the wallpaper.....  :-|

..but my wall is totally different.... I suppose it's like using a stock picture you have permission for... the end result, if altered sufficiently, becomes your own...  :|

'Tis strange the threads you can miss....even when you are here 24/7 [like me].

I think the IP continuity is intact.... in that permission was given for the photo to 'evolve' into the wall ....and now for the wall to 'evolve' into a dream.

It is no different to a stock image being adapted to a wall...and beyond.  As long as each step has the consent from the one prior  I cannot see a problem.....;)
