SOGE v2.1 help

Cannot get to work on win 7

Hi, I am having some trouble getting SoGE 2.1 to work on my computer. I downloaded it from the link on their homepage to moddb.

I have the mods in the correct directory, and am using entrenchment 1.053. I loaded the Mods and it seems to be working until I start to play an actual game and then I get a minidump and CTD.

So I suppose my questions would be

1.) What is the checksum I should be looking for?

2.) Should I run it in compatability mode?

3.) What else could I do to make it work?
