Weird bug on WB3

I just noticed that if I try to add an app to the "do not skin" list using the "per application" tab in the WB config dialog, WB will crash if I'm running a skin. If I'm in Classic Windows mode, it'll work fine.

I tried to reproduce this but it never crashed. I added excludes, modified the settings for existing ones, deleted some and reset them... works fine here.

You're not using Dmer's computer are you?

No, but I AM using Win98, which I guess is the same

Anyway, it's a minor thing. I simply switched to classic, added the app I wanted, and went back to the gorgeous Lilac XP skin
