Installing new skins

As a newcomer to Windows Blinds I am having trouble installing additional skins - I keep being told there are no UIS files,
What am I doing wrong please?

I've only had that problem with a couple of skins since I've been using WB (over a year).

What skins are you trying to install?

I am using the shareware version (will register when I decide to keep it)WB3 & trying to install some of the XP skins where the author says that that are compatible with Win98SE - which I use.

Often this happens when a) the download is corrupted, or

the download gets deleted before you load it. To try and counterract these, use Save As... options to save a skin to a file, then load via the Skins panel Add button and download using the text download link rather than the skin image link (I've found it sometimes works better).
