You won't find anything like that here, or on any of the other Mainstream skinning sites.
The closest you will get is some amateurish Britney Spears WinAMP photoskins on WinAMP.com.

On Wincustomize.com, gratuitous badly done nudity, Celebrities, Photographs, Skinmaker photoskins, AND Britney Spears are all not accepted, so that makes 5 good reasons why you don't find her here...

Long ago, i did a couple of experiments inthis field.
the reaction to adult skins is vastly (almost viciously) negative.
