thanks man, i made to change the logon screen using the logonstudio... but actually, was expecting that there would we additional infos like the word "loading" and the animating loader bar.... well it didnt show up in start.. And one more thing, my computer is set for only one user which doesnt need to logon by entering the username and password...

To get the startup screen you are talking about, you'll need the Bootskin program available here https://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/

To see the logons, you'll need to go into Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users logon or off, and check Use the Welcome Screen
