No, this is not common. Support should be able to assist with this when the office reopens on Monday.
It's ok it's sorted it seems i really shouldn't start to try and play games on my pc after a day of drinking (hey it's Xmas 
) all i had to do was copy and paste the code, something i do normally all the time!......There is a lesson here kids! lol
Oh and Stardock guy, your game is just unbelievably awesome, so good i bought it for a friend as well, good job guys!
