File Menu Problems. Should I contact the author or is this a WB problem ? 32bit works perfectly.
Most likely a WB/skin issue. TC doesn't always play nice with certain skins here either, so I think it may a skin issue.
But then again, I'm still "only" on V 7.56a...

Definitely a WB issue. I'm getting this too after having installed the 64 bit, on all skins:
I have a few apps that do the same. Try excluding it in WindowBlinds; there's a chance it will work if it's not skinned.
For me, excluding doesn't fix the menues in Vue 7 or Particle Illusion so I unload WindowBlinds prior to using them.
Excluding apps to get ugly classic never is an option for me 
Skin used : Nocturne.
Excluding apps is for whimps.
