Hi,

A friend recently bought Sins of a Solar empire Trinity via Steam. Today he created an account at Ironclad online. He recived a stardock Email as being the confirmation about his registration. The problem is: As soon as he wants to login at Ironclad Online he revceives the message: "Account name not found". As i give him my account name he is able to login so its not about the connection.

He also retrieved his accout info via starock online. And he also changed his username. But wahtever he is trying, he is not able to login.

What are the steps for him to take in order to get is username to work?

Your best bet would be to check with Ironclad as to why login is not working. [email protected]
