Uploading Skins

Hi: Could someone please explain the procedure for uploading skins as i have been trying for 2 days now and i still get the "an error has occurred while processing this page". The file is called DawnfireGold.smx and i used the program called WinRar to compact it, it is 828kb in size. If anyone can help me i would be very grateful.Thank You.

Try uploading a zip instead of a rar. You might find that is your problem

Default compressed-file format accepted here is 'zip', not 'rar'...

Update:Thank you (Jafo & Fuzzy Logic)I purchased Winzip9 this evening and replaced WinRar. I am happy to tell you that i have now uploaded my skin. Thank you both very much

Even if you are uploading a screenshot you have to zip it? Maybe that is why I can't upload my screenshot.

No, you don't zip screenshots. The screenshot.jpg goes in both fields.
