Sysmetrix error

when I try to download a new Sysmetrix item, I get a notice that it has been saved using a newer version of Sysmetrix and to check for updates. But when I click on that option (check for updates), nothing happens. If I try to go to the web site it is not available. If I load the object anyway I am able to see a background behind the Sysmetrix. Does anybody know what is going on?
