i have downloaded windows blinds.
and then i download a theme
but when i open windows blinds it doesnt show up and i dont know what to do
iv tried renaming the file
moving it around
extracting it
and so on please how do i use ANY theme?

Which theme did you download? Post a link to the page that you downloaded it from.
WindowBlinds only opens WindowBlinds skins and if you downloaded a theme instead of a wba file then you will need a different program to load it.
