desktopx themes

hi! i have just one simple question. when i download someone's theme and when i load it on my desktop becomes organized like the person's dekstop i downloaded from. how can i then modify it so i can use it for my shortcuts, etc.? tnx

Well, each theme is configured differently, but most of the time, you can right-click on the shortcut you want to customize, and in it's properties you can change it to a number of different things. All customizing in DX can be done in the properties screen. I suggest you play around to see all the different things you can do...as there is just too many to explain on here.

Hi guys - don't forget to 'save as' your new settings XdavorinX or next time you'll be back to square one again.

If you've got a decent connection theres a couple of videos available here which help to illustrate some of the flexibility of desktopX

Once downloaded I just lifted a copy out of temporary files and put it into My Documents so I could check it out when I want without having to go on line again.
