Can't udate trial version

Keeps saying this is not the latest version

from Stardock Forums

I downloaded windows blinds trials version a few days ago. Today it would not open and gave the following error message

This is not the latest version of windows blinds please download the latest version. Visit stardock dot com

So i downloaded the free trial version twice and reinstalled, did complete uninstall, and each time it gives me the same error.

What's wrong, how do i get the latest trial build if the link is not downloading it?

Sounds like there are some left overs from the first install, uninstall one more time and then run a clean up program like CCleaner and then reboot.  After the reboot go to the Stardock web page to download the new trial.  Hope it will download and run okay for you.  :sun:

EDIT:  Or do what Hankers suggests.

The trial has now been updated so if you download it again from the Stardock website you should be ok.
