When you downloaded the skins, to where on your computer did you download them? Do this, check in your C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\Windowblinds folder. All of the skins you have loaded into WindowBlinds will be in there. If there are only 19 folders, then those are the only ones loaded into WB. As for the others, try running a search for all files and folders using *.wba as part of the filename. When you find them, double-click on the icons and they will be loaded into WindowBlinds.
