Which way do the ratings go is 1 the best or is 10 the best...? I see that exiled users can only download 7 rate skins and so on, so does that mean they can download only the best stuff or what...? I'm so confused...

10 is the best.....don't know about exiles being able to do anything....

This is a user who was banned. We do not delete accounts, we exile them. Exiled users cannot do anything on the site other than download files. They can only download skins that have been rated at 7 or above.

-So that would mean that exiled users can only download the best of everything the site has to offer...?

Depends on who you ask..

There are skins with ratings that are higher than deserved IMHO, and the same holds true for the reverse. An example A Journeyman gets to upload without going through moderation, and they receive an auto 6 rating, many times a skin never gets rated by the public, and it's stuck at 6, but may be far better than some I've seen with a 9 or 10. It's all a matter of perception.
