Interesting Problem

The pop-up text when I mouse over items in the tool bar appears fuzzy, until I open up Internet Explorer, then it clears up. Windowblinds and DesktopX are not applied.

I tried with and without. Same deal.

PS: It seems that the fuzzy text clears up when I open any folder on my desktop.?????

Try a couple of things....

Lose your wallpaper and set your desktop colour the same as Internet Explorer''s background colour, I''m guessing it''s white.

check the colour settings on your monitor....usually 9300k (on a CRT....don''t know about LCD''s).

I found the problem. In the process of checking the crt, I discovered that I had left it in UltraBrite mode for gaming. DUH!!!
