Trial Version broken?

Hello, I've installed the trial version of Windowblinds to see if i would like to purchase it. It worked immediately but when i restarted my computer, it went to the old classic style. So i opened WindowBlinds again and it said that i had 30 days remaining so i clicked on the skin that i wanted but instead all that happened was the ad for Windowblinds came up and asked me to buy it or continue and i hit continue but nothing happened. Please respond asap.

Have you used the trial before? If so, you can't use it again.

If not, shoot an email to support @ stardock.com.

Depends on how busy they are. You will recieve an automated email right away letting you know that they got your email. Then, they get back to you asap, depending on how busy they are.

Just know that if you send an email to support, which is opening a support ticket, don't send another until you are asked to. If you do, your ticket will be moved to the back of the queue.
