Discussion Problem

I can't bring up the discussion boards on either SDC or WinCustomize browser. I am a subscriber to both. Both refresh but show no boards or threads just a blank screen and in the case of SDC the message that "there are no threads in the ed forums" even though I have all boards ed. Can someone help solve this? I had to log onto the Wincustomize site to post this.

Weird.....will can not submit the word ed!

Just capitalize the word you are trying to type....a security scripting issue strips some words otherwise...such as 'Deleted'...

Thanks Jafo. What it says is that there is "no threads in the SELECTED forums. How do I solve this?

CaptainWin, as far as I know, the only words which are affected by the security scripting are Delete, Drop, Select, and Insert. As you can see by this post, it is quite easy to have them appear simply by capitalizing the first letter of the word. Actually, typing those words in any way other than in all lowercase such as |nserting a similar character, or se1ecting a number in place of a letter, or d-ropping in a hyphen will prevent these words from being deLeted.

Unfortunately, I don''t use the WC Browser or SDC for the purpose you describe, so I can''t help you there. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you soon. Good luck!

Try right clicking on one of the forum buttons and use the option "Reset List"  or try deleting the files in the dicussion folder located at c:\program files\stardock\sdcentral\discussion\
