skins for mac?

Sorry, i am new to the whole skinning thing and i tried to get my answer in the frequintly asked question but i could not find it. I have a mac and from what i have seen on some of the screen shots it looks as though you can use skins on mac as well. Am I right in assuming this? And if so which ones.

The skins you were looking at ''Look'' like Mac''s...they are in fact for Windows, so if you have a Mac, then you already have the look...
