error updating skin studio professional

I have been unable to update Skin Studio Professional via SDC for several days now. I get the same error each time.
I currently have v 4.10.016 installed and SDC shows 4.20.019 as the latest, but each time I try to update I get the same error about incorrect file size. How can I correct this?
The message in the log file is as follows:

I have the sme problem, so I followed Fuzzy Logics previous advice. 
Didn't work no I have NO Skin Studio. HELP!! My dum bass
