Well. i have 2 questions this time

1 - In this screen how he had put some big icons into the start bar?

2 - In this screen
how he had make visible only the icons of the right section of the start menu?

I suspect the large icons are in the quick launch tool bar and that it has been set to show large icons.

To only show the icons ont he right, you have to set up the skin to have a small right panel graphic, so if you're making your own skin I suggest you open a skin you like the look of and see what image sizes etc it uses. If you're simply using skins, then you have to pick one that supports "compact" start menus where the skinner has done the work for you.

Yeah, was the quick launch tool bar, about the second problem, i like the skin im using, theres really no way for modify this one?

Sure there is, but it requires modifying the graphics, and settings. Open the skin in SkinStudio, and use he Save as.. function to make duplicate with a new name. Then try you hand at modifying the StartPanel. If you mess it up, you'll have the original to go back to.

yep, what Koasati said....I gave the wrong impression when I said "making your own skin" as you can turn any skin into "your own" by editing it yourself, as long as it's for your own use and you don't then try and pass it off as all your own work of course
