Updated Stardock Central causing Desktop X problems

Help. I hadn't fired up SD Central for a few weeks, and when I did last night, it updated the prog for me. I tried to dload some new Desktop themes, and it dloaded just fine. However, it will not apply them to my desktop. Gives me error message "Desktop X Themes could not be found on your computer. Please ensure the application is installed and the required files exist."
I don't know what that means. I finally uninstalled everything...desktop X, window blinds, Cursor XP...everything. Cleaned out the registry and reinstalled everything. I still get the same message. Window Blinds seems to work okay, but I can't dload and apply any Desktop Themes. I don't recall ever having this problem prior to the Stardock Central program upgrade. Any ideas? Thanks.
