Help with new stardock product

i bought icon packager.gave the wrongemail. i submitted sbacon31@,sn.com - it should be [email protected]
i cannot register a product in this site cause the emails are wong and i cannot download any more packages cause it says i downloaded too much. why cant you just enter the order number or something to prove you bought a product???
can you help with this?

ok- i got the stardock people to fix the email address they had for me and when i cross reference the accounts i still stay at user level 2 and cannot download any icon packages. download packager is the product i purchased so this is frustrating- any help would be appreciated..

Open SDC and click on 'Reg. Info' in lower right corner. Put your serial # for IP and update.

yeah tried that, it tell me the email adress does not match the records. Stardock emailed me and said they updated my email address in thier system to reflect the correct one so whats the deal. this is stupid. i bought your product and cannot use it. i have tried to "cross reference account" from this website. it tells me my account information has been updated, new user level 2!! big whoopin deal!!! still cannot download anything!!! is there and admin around?!?!?!? how hard can this be!?!?!?!?

You'll have to contact Stardock Support again........ nothing we can do from here, unfornuately. Sorry you're having problems.

Try this...Log out and run https://www.wincustomize.com/killcookies.asp (note: this will run as soon as you hit it). It will kill your Stardock cookies...nothing more. Make sure 'Accept Cookies' is enabled if you have any proggies blocking them. Log back into Stardock using the WC site in Internet Explorer.
