Change Skin upon Windows 7

Hello

 

 I would like to know what kind of soft do I need to do that , and if it's possible to use the Skins in the download section and apply them  upon Windows 7. (32 or 64 bits)

You'll need Windowblinds to do that, Tanauser. The skins won't apply without that program.

For the free 30 day trial of Windowblinds you won't need Impulse. However, if you decide to go with The subscription products, you will, and you'll mneed to uninstall the trial Windowblinds first.
