Opera Title skin

Sorry if this has been asked but I cant find the information, I am using and liking the precision skin that came with window blinds (latest), everything is good apart from Opera browser, the title bar is not skinning correctly

How can i fix?

Not sure you can, toon_mad... has to do with the size of the graphics.
