Crashes and give Error 101

I have only been able to get Windowblinds to work a couple of times. Very disappointed. After working with Support at Stardock they tell me to uninstall it completely. =(   I am running Windows 7, 64 bit, Toshiba Satellite laptop...new.  Does anyone have a solution?

 

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and the list goes on. Help!

Well, if support is involved, any advice one of us could give might actually interfere with the people who know a good deal more about the software, and who are already involved...

Maybe you should continue to work with Support... That seems the most advisable course of action, at least to me.

It looks like we gave you a credit toward your ObjectDesktop subscription because we were unable to resolve the issue through reasonable troubleshooting. At this point it's looking like there may be a problem with the operating system installation itself. Unfortunately, as we provided a credit, we can no longer assist in the support process. If someone can solve this here on the forums, then by all means out-troubleshoot us! My only questions is - are you installing WindowBlinds on a Limited account, or an Administrator account?

And... are you willing to format and reinstall Windows if it proves necessary?
