tooltip colours?

Recently upgraded to Windows 7 and WB7 because my computer died a death recently and I had to buy a new one.  Everything with WB seems to be fine apart from being unable to change the tooltip colours unless there is some sort of option I've unchecked or I need to put a registry value in or something like that

usually in WB6 I was able to change the tooltip by using the skin colours and changing "info window" and "info text" to the values I wanted, these two options are still here but still the tooltip remains a white/light blue-ish colour so I'm guessing Windows 7 has changed something there, just like a lot of things from Vista have changed when you move to Windows 7.  I tried a random test earlier by taking all the skin colour options and setting them to a certain colour (red) the result gave me the tooltip text changing to red but still the background is that light blue-ish/white colour.  Probably been asked before but does anyone know how I can get the tooltip to change colour? I've got WB7 and Skinstudio 7 if I have to edit anything

Additional tooltip options have been added. In skinstudio: Edit controls>Edit tree view and tooltip controls. The background is skinnable and text control is also found there. I suggest a solid background image (bmp) at 51x15px

I use SKS to edit and snip aand snipe items from other skins to create a a skin or improve a skin that indicates my personal preferences

thanks for the help, managed to change the tooltip colours although I'm guessing it's Windows 7 is the reason why you can't just use "info window" and "info text" to fix it now

Play around with SKS you can change so much more with in than you can in WB. I use a combination of both an example is I frame all the under edit control\edit button controls, I some time also change the colours
