WindowsBlinds 7 - SOLVED

Need Help Fixing this

I just purchased WindowsBlinds 7. I actually have not had to program since XP years ago.

I used trial first, and liked it enough to re-purchase. So, I buy it - I install Impulse.

I Register the product, and install it's update. I restart the PC and now?. . .

 

The program does not work. When I launch it it always says "configure app has stopped working".

I tried running it as Admin, as well as directly from Impulse.

No way I try allows it to work. . .

 

What do I do now?

Try uninstalling through Impulse. Reboot. Re-install through Impulse reboot then try it again. If that doesn't work start a trouble ticket with

[email protected]

Wait until you hear from a real person not an automated message. Don't email a second time as that will kick your first one to the end of the line and make the wait longer.

First make sure you are in the Aero skin. You need to first uninstall the purchased version, RottingQueen using Impulse. Reboot. Make sure you are in Aero. Then you should uninstall thye trial version. Do that with CCleaner (google- free on the web). Reboot.

Then, through Impulse, reinstall Windowblinds and reboot.
