XP Style Appearances

How in the heck do I add some new colors to the XP Style appearances?? That Blue - Silver and Green is getting old fast... I saw a program for doing it a while back but tried it and it was a bit of a pain... Any way to do it free from the 3rd party software??

you could get a uxtheme patcher (thats what runs the normal visual styles (not windowblinds) ) and you could use the large amount of msstyles (again not windowblinds) with it. but I would advise against doing this because it hacks your systemfiles. Windowblinds is the way to go.
