Object dock always crashing on win xp pro

I love object dock, but it keeps crashing, I have re installed it but I have the same problem any suggestions.

When you re-install, you need to un-install, re-boot and re-install. If you did that then delete each shortcut, one by one until you find the proggie that's crashing it.
