Please help.....with previews in Library

I have uploaded a logon here and the preview is not showing up....What do I do to make the image appear?
I have updated and still no luck...Sub_Zero can be found here https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=26&SkinID=2059

p.s. My Current Desktop is acting up too....Shows up in small preview, but when you click to make larger, guess what?...Red X

The special character in your nick is causing the problem. This how the server sees your nick when you upload

m%80%9F%80ndtripp

don't know why, but it causes all types of weirdness........
