Diplomacy Server Appears to be Down

Maybe it's just me, but it looks like the regular (non-Beta) Diplomacy server is down.

After the patch is done, perhaps they can work on improving the stability of the servers.

Hmm, tried to get on the Beta servers. That didn't work either.

When I try to get on the Beta, it says I have an old version.  However, that might be because I set my user.diplomacy.setting file to "Read Only" so that I wouldn't have to redo all the settings every time I want to play pre-Beta Diplomacy.
