Have purchased 3 products, why only "level 2"???

I've been an infrequent user for a couple of years, and have purchased Windowblinds 2 and 3, as well as Object Desktop. I got the 50M d/l limit today, followed the cross-link instructions, logged out/in and still am not being moved to Level 3.

I see no other forum for asking help, so I thought I'd try the discussion board.

HELP!
