IconPackager Standalone version

It would appear most people who purchased the standalone version are at version 2.20. Last week the new encrypted version 2.49 was released in beta and was only available to Object Desktop users via pre-release. I have just seen that another version has been released in the past couple of days - 2.50.081 - which is not beta. Does this mean everyone including the "standaloners" can access and have the 2.50.081 version. Reason i ask is i am getting understandably nagged by some of the "standaloners" who cannot use the iCandy Junior packages under 2.20

Calle - OK now i am confused on how this all works

I can understand Object Desktop customers getting the full works including pre-release versions but when do standaloners get a chance to upgrade their purchase free of charge

or do they then have to purchase the upgraded version

With the recent encrption software added to the programme i would have thought i would be good for both Stardock and the Customer to have the latest versions.

Maybe i am a bit ahead of the game and this is in fact the intention with an announcement coming soon.

Sorry i might be being a bit thick but i am sure we will get a definitive answer

I thought stand alone proggies got to upgrade minor version changes free and had to buy major version changes

Well my little problem is that I have OD installed on my main machine and WB & IP standalones licenced/installed on my notebook.

And I wanted the FOOD pack for my notebook without having to recreate the whole pack there.
