startbutton skinning problems

I cannot find a way to get windowblinds to properly skin the startbutton in a skin converted from a msstyle.

here is how its supposed to look:

here is about the best I can get it to look like with it centered vertically:

I just can't find a way to get skinstudio to get it to resize and positioned correctly. Please somebody help me.
