help finfing drives

when I try to backup data files in Quickbooks I det a message that the application can not find the drive. How do I correct this? it does not find C or A drives.

Haven't a clue why you're asking here

, but try using the 'Export' option under the 'File' Tab.

it sounds like a problem with quickbooks. There probably is no reason why the program can't find the c and a drives unless you unplugged them from the computer. I would suggest contacting the manufacturers of quickbook
