Well...let's cover all the bases...go into SDC and make sure WB version 4.20.017 is installed. If it is then click on it and another file will show: Skins 4.20.005. Install it. If all that is already done go here https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?wp=2&optAnimationSupport=on&sort=date&searchtext=&order=Descending&library=1 and download and install 'Last (Cobalt) 1.2' (you do not have to load it). Open WB Config/My Animations, click on 'Cobalt' and apply and see if it now works...

yrag: I did what you said but still not all of the animations play. I see the copy, delete & empty recycle bin animations, I cant see the file download animation though.. Even though the WB supports it

If you got all of them except the download animation, then I think that's as far as you're going. I knew the IE Download dialog box wasn't skinned, but never gave notice to the icons. Those are Window default icons and are included in the group of icons that cannot be changed (except thru 'surgery'), thus no animation (although in some proggies it will show animated). I'll look around and see if there is a work around (probably a registry key), but I think in the end you/we are stuck with the defaults in the present Window frame. The animation and tool bar features in WB are a work in process, so I would just live with it until a few more versions come out and see if they might do the trick...

Not to throw a monkey wrench in the works, but IE download animations work for me.

Randy...thanks for the wrench ...does your download dialog box skin and do you have settings so that the download box exits after download completes?

Yes, it is skinned, and no, the download box remains open.

For me i can't disable Web Blinds because when i do Internet Explorer freeze's up anytime i type in the address bar or log in some where and then a box pops up that says Internet Explorer has incounterd a problem and needs to close .i guess i will leave it like that at least the skins look pretty

Yeah...that's the correct place...it should work. You may be one of the few whose computer took that last update without puking... (think it was .014 ). You are probably right in leaving it go until Window Blinds does it all and you can un-install Web Blinds.
