Any decent image editor will do the job. At this time images must be 640x480, 16 color 4bit bmp.... The Progress bar has to use the same 16 color palette, 22x9.

Easiest way :-

Make Main picture with progress bar in it, then cut progress bar (correct size) and paste as new image then save it
