I just purchased the Wincustomize browser and the serial number I received is apparently not valid. I couldnt make heads or tales of the "support" page. Need suggestions.
those 1's and 0's look too much like I's and O's in Ariel
... for that very reason you'll seldom see l's and O's used in serial numbers...... you can assume they are 1's, and 0's . Still, the easiest method is copy and paste, for me anyway.
Make sure when you copy and paste your serial that when you highlight the serial that you don't go past the last number and leave a space after the last number. You HAVE to make sure you copy just the serial. I hope you understand what im saying. Just drag the highlighting slow so you get just the serial
