PDF manual doesn't match software
I don't know if this is a difference in the 30-day trial vs. the purchased product, but I am trying to figure out the WindowBlinds program, after installing the trial (the current version on 11/30/2010), while reading the manual (from the "WindowBlinds Guide PDF" that was installed on my computer when I installed the trial). Windows 7 Ultimate x64. This guide shows up in the Start menu.
Page 26 of the PDF says that there is a "Use smart recolouring" checkbox on the Colors tab. There is not.
Page 53 of the PDF says there is an "active window opacity" and "Inactive window opacity" slider to the right of the "textures" that are listed on the Textures tab. I don't have these sliders, even after selecting a texture, applying changes, and scrolling all the way to the right to see them.
Does the PDF that's installed with the software simply not match the software? How the @#$%@#$% are we supposed to figure out how to use the software and what it can do, if the software doesn't match the user guide? I am a computer progammer, so this situation really baffles me...
I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks.
