Title bar transparency

I downloaded the trial of WindowBlinds.  I use Windows 7 x64. I am willing to buy the software, for the simple ability to make application title bars completely nontransparent AND have the colors I choose for active and inactive titlebars.  That's ALL that I need.

I started with my existing theme which was Windows 7 Basic (non-aero).  Then I moved all three of the "transparency" sliders all the way to the right in WindowBlinds.

But, all application titlebars are still transparent.

What am I doing wrong?  Can I achieve the simple objective of solid titlebars (with a user-selectable color for active and inactive) with this product?  I will pay!
