That's exactly the point I tried to convey. That fixing TC will bring you good regardless of the reported issues. Since the popularity of TC doesn't correlate with the number of issues about it that have been reported to you.

Btw, I have checked PuTTY window styles. Yes, it has the same problematic combination: WS_CAPTION and WS_VSCROLL. So this is indeed the same issue as with TC. How it could happen that I have even 2 applications with this problem if it is so rare :)?
